Bambara Ella, Kalupahana
- By car
- Bambara Ella is 500 metres off the Colombo–Badulla road at Kalupahana. Leave your car at our car park, and our jeep brings you up to the resort.
- By bus
- Take a bus on the Colombo–Badulla road to Kalupahana. Tell us when you will arrive, and we will collect you from the main road.
- By train
- The nearest station is Haputale. We pick you up from Haputale station, free of charge.
- Nearby
- Haldummulla town is 4 km away, and Bambarakanda Falls 8 km.

What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10.30am. If you need to arrive early or leave late, ask us.
What is included in my stay?
Every activity on the property: the guided walk to Kalupahana Ella, the Hanumantha Rock hike, the natural pools, forest walks, bird watching, archery, air rifle and harvesting when a crop is ready. Only jeep safaris are charged separately.

What happens if I cancel?
Free up to seven days before you arrive. Inside that we keep the first night. Weather is never a reason for us to charge you.
Do children stay free?
Children under 6 stay free, though they still need a bed. Children 6 and over are charged as adults.
Is there Wi-Fi and mobile signal?
Yes. There is Wi-Fi, mobile signal, electricity and hot water.
Can you cater for special diets?
Tell us about any dietary needs when you book, and our kitchen will plan around them.
