Village kitchen

Village food, cooked over firewood

Our kitchen cooks the way village homes do: over a wood fire, in clay pots, with vegetables from our own farm. The cooks are from the village too.

Rice and curry

Rice and curries from the clay pots, made with vegetables from our own fields and the farms around us.

Dinner

Dinner follows a barbecue by the bonfire, cooked in the open as the evening comes in.

BBQ and bonfire

Before dinner, a barbecue by the fire

As the evening comes in, we light the bonfire and start the barbecue. Sit by the fire, eat in the open, and move on to dinner when you are ready.
